Beverly O'Hearn

Beverly O'Hearn is a Partner with Sumner Deere. Born in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, Beverly was a member of the George Mason Moot Court Board, serving as its Managing Justice. With over twenty years of civil litigation experience, she has tried numerous cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, workers' compensation claims, and other personal injury matters. Beverly also maintains a substantial motions and appellate practice and is a frequent participant in alternative dispute resolution.

Her practice encompasses civil litigation, personal injury defense, insurance litigation, and workers' compensation defense. Beverly also handles employment law disputes, commercial litigation, and probate matters.
